Brenda Gutzke

Brenda is the Practice Administrator at Andcor and supports all company functions to ensure Andcor’s clients receive effective and timely solutions to their strategic organizational human capital issues and opportunities.

Brenda has 25 years of professional experience in corporate operations with both emerging and established organizations. Brenda has significant experience working with Board of Directors, Executive Officers, Venture Capitalists and regulatory agencies.

Brenda joined Andcor in August 2011, and was previously at Atritech through its sale to Boston Scientific in 2011. Atritech is a medical device company that develops minimally invasive technologies for the prevention of atrial fibrillation related stroke.

Prior to Atritech, Brenda was the Executive Administrative Assistant for Endocardial Solutions until they were acquired by St. Jude Medical in 2005. Endocardial Solutions designs, develops, and manufactures a minimally invasive diagnostic imaging system that maps, within the span of a few heartbeats, potentially fatal abnormal heart rhythms known as arrhythmias.

Before transitioning into the medical device industry, Brenda was a Legal Assistant at Faegre & Benson for 15 years. She was responsible for assisting two senior partners in managing their legal practice in the area of Corporate Finance.

Brenda is active in her community and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She spends summers riding her Harley Davidson, and taking warm vacations during cold Minnesota winters.
