Kelly is an Adjunct Advisor to Andcor's Bridge Team. She brings over 15 years of human resources experience with insight into both the internal and external consulting side of human resources. She has worked with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Kelly's approach is very practical and hands-on, working with all levels of an organization.
Kelly has her own Human Capital consulting practice, KSH Consulting LLC, where her vision for her clients and consulting practice is to ensure people are put into the strategic equation of an organization and its goals. Kelly believes that no matter what your organization's goal is, your people are the key factor to help you attain that goal.
Kelly is a results-oriented HR leader with a proven track record of thinking and acting with the client need in mind, from a perspective that keeps the business strategy and priorities foremost. She helps clients build their HR policies and procedures from the ground up, ensuring that they are easy to use. She can help expedite processes to get things accomplished and has played a key role in helping develop the people assets of an organization. She is known for helping Executives create solid HR processes and institute them into realistic action steps by building strong relationships at all levels of the organization through periods of change. Kelly is known for getting things accomplished on time, within budget, and understands a sense of humor goes a long way!
Kelly led Carol's Human Capital department. She also led the Recruitment and Training and Development department at the Chicago Board of Trade, as well as helping build the Human Resources department at the technology start-up Braun Consulting. As a consultant for the Center for Workforce Effectiveness, Kelly led a university wide project at Harvard, worked with the City of Chicago to help with a process re-engineering effort, and helped McGraw-Hill Education Business restructure their associate's reward program.
Kelly received her Bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison and her Master's degree in Training and Development from Loyola University, Chicago. When she is not working, Kelly enjoys chasing her 3 kids, boot camp workouts, baking, reading and going to the movies.
