Sarah Bridges, Ph.D., an Adjunct Advisor to Andcor and a member of Andcor's Bridge Team, is a psychologist, executive coach and consultant, speaker, writer and thought leader on managing people.
In Sarah's consulting practice she advises senior executives and organization leaders at a broad range of both emerging growth and Fortune 500 clients, including United HealthGroup, McKesson Corporation, Northwest Airlines, Target, Ceridian, Alcoa, Boston Scientific, Cargill, Northrop Grumman, Ecolab, and Supervalu.
Her work addresses issues of executive assessment, organization effectiveness, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, recruitment, and individual coaching -- all with a keen focus on achieving observable results and a genuine ROI for the company.
Sarah received her B.A. in psychology from Wesleyan University and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Formerly an executive for a $1.7 billion Fortune 1000 company, and a practice leader for the assessment business at Personnel Decisions International, an innovator in the psychology and organizational consulting field, she draws on this "both sides of the desk" experience to focus on what works, not just what is possible.
A lively, stimulating, and practiced presenter to a broad range of audiences, she is a frequent speaker at corporate training events, universities, and conferences such as the Outsourcing Summit, Menttium, Linkage training and keynotes, the Organization Development Network, Association for Type (Myers Briggs), and the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Dr. Bridges’s interest in the field of psychology and human development extends to her work as a writer. She has published investigative articles and personal essays for the Washington Post, Mothering magazine, SEED magazine, Organic Style, and other publications. She is currently at work on a book that explores "career ecology" and the important role of one’s work environment on individual and organization success.
Born and raised in Northern California, Dr. Bridges lives with her family in Minneapolis. Contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org
